Green Sand Island Carnival: Summer-Seasonal Joy Amidst Storms and Rain
The wind on Green Sand Island carried the fragrant scent of grass and trees as the company’s carnival kicked off here. Bamboo poles in the shrimp-fishing area rose and fell in rhythmic succession, while someone waved a net, shouting excitedly, “Got one!”—the splash of water sending nearby dragonflies fluttering away in alarm. Meanwhile, sizzling grease dripped from the barbecue grills, mingling with the smoky aroma of burning charcoal that wafted across the lawn. Skewers passed hand to hand among colleagues, turning the gathering into a lively, mouthwatering feast.
Just as the rallying cries for the Balloon Defense Battle erupted, heavy raindrops suddenly began to pelt down. But no one scattered—instead, they clung tightly to their "Giant Steps" straps and gripped their "Penguin Walk" balloons with determination. When someone slipped, they grabbed their teammate’s hand, laughing even harder as they tumbled together. The wind whipped through the rain, slicing sideways, as the "Speedy Caterpillar" team charged bravely through the muddy ground. Meanwhile, the "Column of Ten Thousand Miles" squad passed the ball swiftly through the rain-soaked air, their PVC pipes gliding effortlessly between them.
When the rain finally stopped, everyone had droplets clinging to their hair and mud-stained grass clinging to their pant legs, yet they were still gathered around the grill, savoring delicious skewers. This rain-soaked celebration washed away any lingering stiffness, allowing natural camaraderie to take root even in the muddy aftermath—because, after all, the best team-building experience is laughing together as you weather life’s ups and downs with a group of friends.
